MEET ODEON

  • Odeon - "kind of ancient Greek theater, in which musicians and poets presented their art". Based on this meaning, Odeon is the stage for its members' ideas.

    The chameleons of Brazilian rock are capable of adapting any type of influence into their compositions. Odeon brings innovation and mixes different musical genres, such as R&B, pop, metal and Brazilian rhythms. The result is a complex sound, completely unique and striking. The lyrics address several themes, which mirror the particular universe of each member of the project.

    Odeon has been organically making its name since its launch in 2020. Despite being a recent project, Odeon has accumulated dozens of years of experience from its creators Lucas Moscardini, Marvin Tabosa and Marcelo Braga. By already working and living together for the benefit of the previous project, Vitalism, the 3 members were able to quickly build a legacy with Odeon even in the pandemic.

    The band began to draw a lot of attention for its musical creativity, its constant release of singles and the captivating online presence of its 3 members. In 2021 the band was a finalist in the "Vans Musicians Wanted" contest. Promoted by Vans in partnership with several brands and with artists such as "Lucas Silveira" and "Criolo" on the judging panel.

Discography

Their first album, produced by Marcelo Braga and Lucas Moscardini, contains 14 tracks in English and Portuguese, several of which had already been released and are very well known by the public. "morphine", "swipe up", "game", "gasoline" and "dream" - this one features the renowned Fresno icon Lucas Silveira - are a sample of this work. The album reached 2 million organic streams with just 1 month of release.

History of Shows

The debut of "Odeon's dance" on stage took place at the biggest venue in Rio de Janeiro: Fundição Progresso. With an audience of 6000 people. The show was an opening act for the band Fresno and featured Lucas Silveira in the song "dream". The show was captured and recorded and will be released as a live album.

Soon after, the band made the first "bailão" sold out in São Paulo, a tour in the south playing three dates, also sold out, with Inutilismo and two shows in Rio de Janeiro sharing the stage with international artists like Escape the Fate. Subsequently, Odeon participated in the 2022 edition of Oxigênio Festival with Di Ferreiro (Nx Zero), Supercombo, CPM 22 and several others.
